Yes! CrinklePak’s crinkle paper is made from recyclable materials and is 100% biodegradable. It’s a sustainable alternative to plastic void fill or foam peanuts.

Where is your crinkle paper manufactured?

CrinklePak is 100% made in the USA! We make all crinkle paper out of our facility in Naperville, Illinois. We like to call it Paperville around here!

How much crinkle paper do I need to fill a gift basket?

As a general guide:

Small basket (6–8"): 2–4 oz

Medium basket (10–12"): 6–8 oz

Large basket (14"+): 10–12 oz or more

What’s the difference between crinkle paper and tissue paper?

Crinkle paper is shredded, springy, and textured—ideal for cushioning and presentation. Tissue paper is smooth and flat, better suited for wrapping or layering. Crinkle paper provides better void fill and impact protection.

Is your crinkle paper food-safe?

While our kraft paper is non-toxic and safe for general use, it is not FDA-certified as direct food-safe. We recommend using a food-safe liner if the crinkle paper will come into direct contact with unwrapped food.

Do you offer custom color blends or private labeling?

We currently offer a wide range of in-stock colors. For high-volume customers, we may be able to offer custom solutions or private label options—please reach out to our team for details.

How fast do you ship orders?

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. For large international or freight orders, contact us directly and we’ll explore a custom solution.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused crinkle paper within 14 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us for a resolution.
